If you have little ones there is a great little splash pad at McDonald Park. There are covered seating and public restrooms. It features water rings for children to walk through and several toddler sprays. Activated by touch, water sprays for several minutes and then reactivates. Its also right next to the climbing park and pickleball courts so everyone can have some fun!
Socks and/or shoes recommended due to the concrete surface, and infants & toddlers are to wear disposable swim pants. Although pavilions are located near the pads, parents may wish to bring lawn chairs because it can get crowded. No admission charged. Open daily 8am-8pm (seasonal).
